RSS, Twitter integration

So I’ve spent easily the last 3 hours trying to figure out precisely how to work the basic RSS feed widget and this twitter integration widget I downloaded.

The RSS feed has, in all appearance, a ghost in it like you wouldn’t believe. Frustrating to be sure.
